VRM downloads - previous month - incorrect time

I selected a VRM record download for "Previous Month " and I got data from 31 Oct 23:00 to 30 Nov 23:00 and not 1 Nov 0:00 to 1 Dec 0:00 as expected. I live in a country that does not have daylight saving - maybe that has something to do with it? I then changed to Custom 1 Nov 0:00 to 1 Dec 0:00 and I got the same !
