Solar Production not updating correctly on VRM portal

Hi There,

I have a site with 6x15kVA Quattro's linked to 3 x 27kVA Fronius Eco inverters. On the VRM portal's overview screen I don't see even solar production on an hourly interval.


Rather everything is lumped into a single hour.


See below graph as example.


Any reason why this is happening?

Explore the VRM manual and have a look around the graph details you are looking maybe under the advanced selection, you will have to select and setup your widgets as well

Issue was resolved by victron guys on the back-end.

For the record, turns-out that the comms between the cgx and the datamanager was going out of sync. I think they added a delay which made the comms more reliable.
