Moot 75/15 not reading battery voltage correctly.

I have a lifep04 battery at 13.2 volts. The charge controller says the battery is at 14.2 and will not charge. This is with the smart lifep04 setting. If I change battery type the battery read out changes to match the stop charging voltage. Mppt won’t enter into bulk charge mode.

Check all wires, connections and fuses between the MPPT and the battery. There is also a fuse directly at the MPPT.

Checked the fuse and it was blown. Will replace. Thank you.
