High voltage alarm issue

My system is still brand new and only a couple of times have I managed to reach 100% soc, but every time it reached 100% I get a high voltage alarm. What setting needs to be altered in order to stop this from happening? As the voltage is not too high, yet the alarm is always triggered.

That is common on new lithium batteries, it needs more time at 100%. Usually advice is to set to keep batteries charged for a few days.

A normal balancing issue on new batteries.

It is BMS generated, just a warning that one cell is higher than it wants to be, but nothing serious.

That's a relief thanks for letting me know, I'll keep an eye on how this changes over time.
