DC load when inverted load applied

I have multiplus II connected to lynx smart shunt and all load inc multiplus connected directly to Lynx distributor with system monitored by Cerbo GX. When i have load applied to the inverter (approx 2kw) i show up with 200 - 300 watts of Dc load. As soon as load comes off the inverter the DC load goes. Does anybody know why? Thanks

@Daveh71

If you have has DC system on and you don't have loads that are DC then why is it enabled? The has DC system ideally is to be used with a DC load/charger with a shunt to measure it.

What is probably happening is the system is trying to account for 'losses' in the system by throwing a figure there. ( Conversion losses, Poor power factor on AC loads and self consumption)

I do have DC loads but not running at that time.

Inverter not under load, DC load 17 ish watts

Inverter under load 200 - 300 watts.

I did wonder about losses but i would of thought the victron system would of been clever enough to account for them

Thanks for the reply
