Victron EVCS have dynamic load?

Hi, I have a Victron system consisting of two multiplus 2 (5000) inverters with a photovoltaic power of 10 kW and a 15kW storage battery. I use the system in off-grid mode and would like to charge my car with a power of 7 kW without creating problems for the batteries when the photovoltaic production is greatly reduced (temporarily cloudy sky). I was wondering if the Victron EVCS product is able to automatically modulate the load (the car's charging current) in the event of temporary cloud passage. Thanks for your assistance

Yes it can do this. That is the reason for its existence. It does not go below 6 Amps per Phase. If 6 Amps can not be produced Charing is switched of

However, the problem is that it is usually switched back on again since there is now a surplus (unless it is really dark) - so it keeps discharging the battery until you get to your lower SOC limit. This is the problem I'm having. The other problem is that it takes too much from the power going to the battery. It bumps up the car power until the home battery only gets about 2-300W, which is much less than it should be getting. I posted this question yesterday as well:

I'm not exactly sure how I'm supposed to use those registers to solve this.
