I am just starting my research into how to add more battery and inverter power. We have a 50amp 5th wheel that had a 5500lp Gen that we pulled and sold. Just drank LP like a drunk sailor and looking to be more quiet and use some solar. I am going to be placing at least 4 230ah (2950wh) batteries in the coach have 3 200 watt roof solar in parallel to use. I would like to use the leads in the transfer switch that were for the generator to power the panel from a multiplus ii. I would augment the roof solar with 4 200 watt solar on the ground. Is this a workable starting point?
