Switch from Classic 150 to 250/100?

Thinking of switching from a Classic 150 to a 250/100 ......Snoobler mentioned some spectacular fails of the 250/100.....the reason I'm considering switching is my Classic has had an FET failure...

I'm looking for reliability solely.........
