Bluetooth pairing on iPhone ios 17.5.1 for Smart BMS 12/100

I am having an issue pairing my Smart BMS 12/100 to my iphone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled VictronConnect. I have tried to us the PUK but it cannot accept it. I went back to my installer and they connected with 6 zeros “000000” on an android device. We are sending it back for a replacement.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

If it works with another smartphone/tablet then it's not a problem with the BMS.

@Matthias Lange - DE I have uninstalled and reinstalled and used a separate iPhone and still could not connect or change the pin with a PUK code, I has gone back to the distributor to bench test.
