What controls AC-Input current in a Peak Shaving system

I have a pair of MP IIs 48/3000 configured in split phase mode. System has a Cerbo GX and a VM-3P75CT on VE.Can. Also has (2) MPPT 450/100s that are awaiting solar panel installation. I only use VRM for firmware updates and everything is current. The ESS assistant is installed, and Peak Shaving is enabled.

My goal is simple: 1) Allow up to 1000W of AC-in, pulling from my 500amp 48V battery pack is AC-Load exceeds that. If batteries are not at 90%+, charge them whenever AC-Load is below 1000W with the difference. 2) I legally cannot ever export to the grid.

I don't see where I can set that 1000W limit. I think I have gotten close by setting Shore Limit -> AC Current limit to 5 amps in each inverter. Not ideal, since I'd be fine with 8amp on one phase and 2 amps on the other, should the load demand that.

Hopefully the "Never ever export" is being handled by having both AC and DC Coupled feed-in disabled, but it would sure be nice to have a "Never export to grid" toggle!

Is there a clean way to achieve both goals?
