I am struggling to understand why the ESS is practically using energy from the grid daily, not only to supply the consumption but also to charge the batteries, even though there is no real reason for it. I have been trying to change the operating mode via API to prevent this, but without success.
A clear example is from this morning (August 10, 2024, 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM). The batteries did not drop below 26% (SOC was at 20%). The production was twice as high as the consumption. And the forecast: high production at negative prices.
Is there a way to find out why this behavior occurs?
Can I use the API to disable battery charging from the grid?
