We have built the biggest system that Victron allows: 12x 15000 Quattro in 3ph with 4 parallel inverters per phase. Firmware was updated to the latest v552. The system has been successfully set up via VEBus System configurator and is talking to a Ekrano GX. All 12 inverters shows up in VEBus System Configurator. VE Configure was used via VEBus System configurator to update the inverter settings and when uploading "upload to all inverters was selected". The configuration on the offending inverters was individually checked to confirm that it is the same as all the others.
The problem: Inverter # 3 on the Blue Phase and inverter # 3 on the white phase inverts correctly when the system is freshly reset and running from battery. Then when the system detects the grid and switches to grid input the ACOut1 on both inverters go off.
As I am typing this I am realizing that this must be an ACIn contactor problem in the inverter. If you have any experience with this fault I would really appreciate any advice before I remove the inverter and replace it.
