MPPT 100/30 not charging 12v Lithium batteries

I just installed a Victron SmartSolar charge controller for my camper. I have 2 more 12v LionEnergy UT1300s for my batteries. For some reason the controller is not charging the batteries and is instead going immediately to float. The solar panel is providing about 20v of power but is not charging the batteries at all. Pretty frustrated because the super cheap controller I replaced worked flawlessly just not efficiently.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.
