Error adding image and file in a new posting in Q&A forum

Hello,

I tried to insert an image and a PDF-file in my last 2 postings in Q&A forum today, but not possible, I get these errors:

Image, size 27kB: "Parsing response failed"
PDF-File, site 252kB: "Something went wrong. Please try again"

Any idea?

It's an issue indeed.
