Stacked 230V Quattros standby power

Building a boat with 2x 230V 8kW stacked Quattros.
The reason for needing 2 units is that the boat has an inductive cooktop that consumes up to 7.7kW plus all other items like A/C etc.

My understanding of the stacking approach is that one Quattro will be the master and the second the slave.
Is there any way for the slave to be in some kind of low power mode when it is not needed (i.e. demand is less than 8kW) or am I faced with 2x 60W of zero load power for the two Quattros?

Want to add a second question . . .
To power save on the slave Quattro, can I just turn it off?
And when I turn it back on, will it automatically resume in the stacked/synced configuration?

No and no.

Despite being designated Master and Slave, both units in a parallel system share the load equally, even if the load is smaller than the capacity of a single unit.

If you turn off the Slave you will get a VEbus error because the Master cannot see it, and the Master will shut down.
