In an effort to get a dialogue going to point you towards the right way to get support, this post has been moderated.
The support process is in the guidelines, this will route you to the distributor who is appointed for support by entering in your serial numbers,
Your reseller should never point you here for support, this tends to happen where they have zero skills and often are online sellers. Victron does not control who you can buy from and you are unlikely to have bought direct from distribution.
Please read our guidelines for context, as continued posting will get moderated and a suspension ultimately issued. This is entirely up to you.
The community is not a support site. It has never been one.
Criticism is welcome but keep it civil. We understand your annoyance, but we (the community) are not responsible for it.

This is the best approach for official help.
I've already explained why thats not a solution. If it was, it would have worked, and I wouldnt be here. Suggesting it again just makes you look silly.
And it's not an online store - they are an official victron retailer. But I agree, the have zero skills, and ARE NOT A SOLUTION. THEY are NOT the right way to get support and have demonstrably failed in this regard already.
