battery voltage too high

I have two sets of panels 980Wp and 1050Wp. Thus two Blue solar MPPT 150/65 to load my 12 Opzs 2V lead batteries totalling 1220C20 24V. It has been working fine from 2019 up to three days ago. Then suddenly, at the same time, both of them will not charge any more despite a good sun and input voltages about 60 and 100Volts. On the phone, my Installer thinks there is a problem with my MPPs but whi both of them at the same time? I would rather assume it is a common setting that went wrong

I have Victron Connect with the necessary cable to link it to my PC, but I dare not use it without proper advice.

So any advice will be welcome

Thanks, Lionel

@Lionel SEYDOUX Confusing.

Is the battery voltage too high?

Or the mppt's not charging the battery??

I have Victron Connect with the necessary cable to link it to my PC, but I dare not use it without proper advice.

Have a read of the Victron Connect manual. Will also connect via an Android phone.

Have you recently done an update? There was an issue a while back after an update the temp compensation being enabled by default and resulted in no charging. If this is the case simply disable the temp compensation.

Problem solved!

It was the disconnector toward the batteries that went too hot and disconnected itself with no way to reconnect as one contact went deep inside the melted plastic. And I dared criticize those electronic solutions!

Provisional solution: bolt both in and out cables

Tomorrow: find another disconnector of sufficient amperage

Thanks for all your help, this dialog can be closed
