Can no longer save (or load) .vcfs file in VictronConnect 6.07 (Windows 10)

I had this problem in December 2023.

I'm having it again after updating to Victron Connect 6.07. I can no longer export or import a configuration file. (Multiplus II, 24/3000/70, 120 VAC.)

If I recall correctly, the problem last time was that Victron Connect didn't fully work with 120 VAC USA units.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

I just now updated to Victron Connect 6.08, hoping that it would fix this problem. No change.

I also updated the firmware on my Multiplus II from v510 to 552. Still no change.
