Please help! Inverter shutting down

I have a 3000 multius 120x2 on our boat.

A 6 battery lead acid (all new) 600 amp hour bank.

My inverter keeps shutting down and saying low charge while the batteries are still at 75 percent. I can't even make it through one night.

Where would you start to troubleshoot or what items to look at?

The system also has a cerbo, smart shunt and solar.

It's like the smart shunt is saying the batteries are empty but the inverter is saying they are full. Does that make sense?

This all comes down to configuration.

The shunt should be set as the reference for the system in the GX, but SOC calculations are only as accurate as how you have configured the shunt?

So what are your settings for the shunt, for charging, for inverter cutoffs and restart etc?

Has the shunt been installed correctly (no connections between it and the battery).

You need to help us to help you, and not providing any setup detail is rather limiting.
