Only critical loads compensates a part of the non critical AC loads

Hi, I have a Multiplus II in ESS mode with the option 'only critical loads' and the Grid setpoint set to 0W, see next settings whitin the ESS config;

There is a EV Charger (not from Victron) on the AC-in side of the installation, so the intention is that when the EV Charger is used, the connected battery will not compensate (to 0W) for this load.

According to the next VRM overview;

When the car is charged with 6315W but 5222W consumed from the energy grid, this shows that the Victron ESS installation compensates approximately 1000W for the AC-in Loads the whole time te car is being charged, why does this happen? despite the setting 'only critical loads'.
