Problem Connecting the Victron connect app

Good Morning, I want to monitor 4 Devices using Bluetooth on a windows 11 notebook. The Victron Connect APP installed without problems but dose not show devices on search. I can see and pair the devices in the windows system but not in the APP. Any suggestions, Please. Thanks, Matthias.
