Resuming BMS control of MPPTs in standalone mode

I have 4 MPPTs previously under Lynx BMS control with a Cerbo GX and MultiPlus II. After turning off the BMS and Victron Smart Lithium batteries to change a USB hub connection, upon restarting the BMS all of the MPPTs had an error #67 notification. I reset each MPPT to standalone mode but now can’t resume BMS control. I still haven’t seen a convincing answer.

In addition, the Cerbo GX doesn’t show the Victron Batteries status or voltage.

So my review of folks who've had similar issues have also had no response from Victron. The only answer I've run across is to replace the Cerbo GX. This is a new Cerbo GX with updated firmware. The firmware for all of the MPPTs was updated last month, as well as the MultiPlus II. One suggestion in the manual was to erase the Cerbo memory & reboot. Has anyone tried this? Guy Stewart? Help?

A full power off of everything, after changing the relevant settings and removing the BMS is required for the change to take effect.

@Kaikane

The problem is the comms from the bms to the cerbo. You have said it doesn't appear on the GX. So that is the place to start. Do you have Bluetooth comms with the bms?

Not something that can be done over the internet.

Do the mppts appear on the GX?

I do have Bluetooth connection to the BMS and the SOC is reading 96%. The Cerbo GX/Touch 50 display is reading the battery voltage but not the SOC (just shows "- -"). I suppose it's possible the RJ45 cable that I disconnected and reconnected may have a poor connection & I'll try to reconnect at the Cerbo GX but I tried that once already. The MPPTs do appear on the GX and are in the Standalone mode. I switched them to Standalone in response to the Error #67 message I got once I restarted the Cerbo but have found no way to reconnect them to the BMS (tried power off MPPTs, restarting BMS/Cerbo and re powering MPPTs). I would estimate the Cerbo was turned off for about 30 minutes before restarting.
