Problem with the new Orion XS DCDC Charger

I installed my Orion XS 6:e of maj.
Used it driving 5000km with my motorhome, running fine.

Suddenly it freeze up. Not charging, not showing up in the app.

After disassembling the car interior (not fun at all) to be able to see the unit, I saw that the BULK mode was showing but it did nothing it was freezed. (the Bulk diode was a bit less bright then normal)

I removed the power cable for the startbatteri side and then the unit powered off, waited 1 min and reconnected and unit working as normal again.

I Am a bit concerned that the new unit don't have a watchdog functionality that would spot that the unit was unresponsive / frozen and then reboot it. I kinda expect that simple well security design, it's well known to have that functionality in any product that handles important features.

Or was ent the unit not frozen but active in a hang state, then Victron missed out self testing process of the unit. Kinda critical to have that..

Or is my unit broken?, but it feels like a bad firmware or some really bad coding or even PCB design misses regarding the the new Orion XS DCDC charger.
