GlobalLink no longer connects. Change of country.

Hello, my globalLink has lost the connection since I crossed the border between Switzerland and France.

It has been trying to connect for 5 days without success. I can see the signal strength, but there is no operator listed. Any ideas?

In Switzerland, I've never had a problem, even with the internal antenna.
I've rebooted the device several times without success.

I can see in the cellular provider dashboard that your device is reported as attached to the network, but not to data connectivity. That shouldn't be happening, so I've raised this issue with the cellular provider.

Thank you for your help. I think it's a problem with the iot.1nce.net SIM card.
How can I be sure that this problem will be resolved?
