VE.NET Blue Power Panel not responding

Hi

I have a customer with a previously installed Multiplus Compact 12/2000/80, VE.Net Blue Power Panel and VE.NET Battery Controller.

I installed a Venus to get a more in depth view of the actual charge/discharge capacity of the batteries. I installed the Venus directly on the MultiPlus and it is working fine.

After installation i noticed the BPP is not powering up anymore.

Can anyone please advise what i did wrong and steps i can take to correct this? The skipper use the panel to monitor the battery levels if the yacht is stationary to start the motors if the bat level is getting too low.

The unit managed to come back on by it-self the day after i posted this question.
