Generator not detected by CCGX

I have an off-grid system two Quattros 48/15000 with PV inverter in AC-Out 1 and two BYD 10 kWh batteries.

I have wired the generator in AC-In 1 of the Quattros and set "Generator" in AC-In 1 and nothing in AC-In 2. I have AC-In power to start the Quattros but CCGX is not detecting main power in AC-In.

AC-Out 1 power is delivered by the batteries which are permanently been discharged and not been charged.

What generator are you using? Have you tried enabling the 'weak AC' within VE Config?

Why is your battery voltage showing 11.4V if using BYD?

There is a problem (COM, firmware, whatever...) with the BYD batteries. This morning the batteries were discharging and feeding into the microgrid and then Generator started to deliver.

Generator is 14 kVA, powerful enough, so I didn't enable weak AC

I would try it. I have seen occasions when the generator will not connect if there is a big difference in power between it and the inverter chargers
