500VA 12-Volt Pure Sine Wave Inverter - Can power 230VAC

I am currently living in Thailand with 230VAC as mains power.

Looking to purchase from Amazon US - Victron Energy 500VA 12-Volt 120V AC Pure Sine Wave Inverter.

The 12v/500VA inverter comes with a NEMA GFCI outlet.

Before I make the purchase wanting to confirm the device can be configured with either 120VAC or 230VAC (Thailand requirement)

Not sure if the device made for Amazon US is only 120VAC or if the device can be international for 230VAC

No, the 120vAC versions are 120vAC only, you'll need to order a 230vAC version. Not many (if any) sellers on Amazon in the US would be offering 230v units, especially in the small inverter range.

I would imagine it would be much simpler for you to get the version/voltage you need from one of the Victron resources in Thailand or surrounding areas: https://www.victronenergy.com/where-to-buy

...are you sure? The map seems to show that your area manager there in Thailand offers a webshop:
