What's wrong? (no min Volt from batteries)

No min volt from batteries ... (and no absorption time) - Two 100W panels / MPPT100-50 / 4 Acid lead batteries (12V-100Ah) - of course very little knowledge ... probably batteries settings are wrong. (Sailbot - batteries will also be charged by the engine and at the dock when connected to 220V AC)

That's not "no" minimum voltage, that's minimum voltage of 0v. This usually means you have a blown fuse/popped breaker/loose cable - either way, that means you're losing connection to the batteries. Check the full install!

Yes, I could see that from the solar controller history, but losing contact with the batteries still tells us there's something amiss in the cabling or fusing or breakers. A loose connection can still pass current -well until it overheats and melts of course. A degraded fuse can still pass some current sometimes. An off-brand and/or failing breaker can still pass some current in some circumstances.

Where there is enough current to overwhelm the resistance of the circuit, current will flow, but the issue remains and should be immediately investigated, identified, and corrected, as if allowed to go on substantial damage to the circuit and connected components can occur. Check the full installation, please, or engage a reputable and experienced systems installer if needed.

@Giorgio Rossi Perhaps the battery is being disconnected by a BMS?
