Why does my dragon fly 100amp 12v battery die at 30% according to my smartshunt

img-1889.pngimg-1888.pngHey, so when my smart shunt reaches 30% the power shuts down to my passport 189rb I’m assuming that there is probably something wrong in my settings of my smartshunt or smart solar I’ve attached a few screenshots of the settings to see if anyone can help me fixed this issue. I believe I have everything correct but like I said for some reason when it hits 30% on the smart shunt the power shuts down in the camper when running off the battery of course. I do have an inverter as we installed in my camper.

Your settings look mostly OK. You are using the Victron battery settings for absorption and float, have you checked if these are correct for the Dragonfly battery, if not choose expert mode and modify them to suit.

Another point is what are the settings on the battery BMS or are these not visible.

Is your shunt wired correctly so that all loads are connected to the system side of the shunt and there is nothing attached to the battery negative other than the shunt. This includes any chassis ground or starter battery, these also go to the system side of the shunt.

Might also be because the shunt is showing fully charged but the battery isn't actually charged.

What's the battery voltage when you hit 30%?
