REC BMS post sales support?

Hello all,


I'm working on a PV setup and I'm near the time to press the add to cart button on a REC BMS for a 16S lifepo4 battery but I've sent emails and tried the contact form on REC website and on the european store I'm probably buy the kit but I get no response.


I need to make sure I can get some support since the BMS is the most important part and the kit will cost around 1000€


is it usual for REC to take almost a month to reply?


I'll probably buy the cable/software just to be sure I'll have a way to configure the BMS properly.


where do you all get support for your REC BMS system?

I'll move this question over into the Modifications space - REC isn't Victron-supported, but maybe someone in Modifications will have some input.
