I was wondering if I could somehow hook the chargeverter v2 up to the cerbo to see a battery % for auto charging? Or maybe a relay out the the chargeverter? I know you can set using voltage but that's not very reliable.

A Victron GX device can only monitor Victron products.
But you could install a SmartShunt to measure the current from that device.
