New set up for a motor home

I’m trying to find a voltage controller that would allow me to add more wattage to the roof of my motor home, which in turn would generate more amps than my current MPPT can handle. This is to ensure we can still pull the maximum amps during bad weather. I haven’t been able to find a solution yet.

Question: If I were to buy a Victron 150|60 or 150|70, could I use two panels (link if interested: https://dam.cityplumbing.co.uk/private/xplkrmo/GPID_1500045385_TECH_00.pdf) with an open circuit voltage of 39.5V each?

I look forward to your comments and answers. Thanks!
