Boats 3 batteries discharged

I purchased a Victron Blue Smart IP22 Charger 12V/30A 3 Outlet in December 2022. I use it to charge the 3 batteries on my cruiser boat. When I went to the boat last week I discovered the shore power to my boat was disconnected (i had been there 2 weeks before and all was OK). I discovered that the marina fuse was tripping because of my boat. I disconnected the battery charger and the fuse did not trip. I also tried to start engine but batteries appeared dead. I tried another battery charger on each of the 3 batteries and to my horror discovered it registered 6 and 7 volts for each battery. I also checked the Victron polarity on each of the batteries and this was correct. My question is how could this happen? Also are these batteries rechargeable again and how can I do this or are batteries dead., which means big expense! Finally if I have to get new batteries y is there a risk there is an issue with the Victron and the same thing happens again. I did try the Victron on a single battery and all looked OK.

Hopefully somebody can help!!

@Colvic

What would be draining your starter battery? Seems like something else is afoot.

30A @ 13v is 390W so if that is tripping the shore breaker there is another (probably other wiring) problem.

I am assuming your batteries are lead acid, hence your concern. Charge them up. Chances are lifespan is hurt but you should be ok for a bit if their actual application is meant for cycling use.

The best way to know is take the charger and test it out of the boat environment. Obviously since you left it working so something electrically changed while you were away.
