How can I Update my Multi’s Firmware to run Victron connect V5.10 Android app?

My VC v5.10 Android will not communicate with my Multiplus 24/3000 70-50 via Mk3 USB. The app says I need firmware V415. I have firmware 2712413.vfd. Where do I download this file to install it and do I need a password to install it? I purchased the Multiplus from a distributor in South Florida and had it shipped to me.

You also should update the Victron Connect app, the current version is 5.9.

FYI the current Victron Connect version is v5.10, it was released about 2 days after v5.9.
