Venus GX will not connect via wifi

Trying to connect Venus GX to Wifi, instructions poor for first time user in my opinion. Also can't see the device on my Android BT list, can see IP 67 charger and Phoenix Invertor.

The green LED is flashing on top edge.

IDEA: Also thinking that once a BT was connected that connection would be used to pull the higher level comm's up to a live state.

You need to connect via WiFi, not Bluetooth.

This was what I was missing. 101.


There are many overlapping systems to sort through.

I had thought this was going to be easier to as mentioned make simple connections through BT. I have the GX on the portal.

Had not realized there was another App beyond Victron Connect... Now seeing why there is a button in the BT App after connecting via BT.


Next trying to find out why by Android BT will not always see the Venus GX.
