SmartShunt registering decreasing SOC even though battery is full

Having a problem with the Victron SmartShunt registering a constantly decreasing SOC even though the battery is at 100%. I have a 200Ah LifePO4 battery and a 450W panel with Victron SmartSolar regulator. Any idea what could be wrong? Could I have the wrong settings in SmartShunt? All minus cables go via SmartShunt.

(I have verified that the battery is mostly full. Good solar conditions are topping up the battery and it is not accepting more current. Built-in SOC in the battery shows 90-100%)

Also, here are my SmartSolar settings, if that's relevant. Is there anything I should do to debug this?

@henrik With your Smart Shunt change the "charged voltage" to 14.0v.

Peukert exp to 1.05 for the moment also.

The shunt will then sync to 100% when the batt voltage is over 14v, with a charge current less than 8a, for a period of 3 mins.

Any ideas why my comment was voted down? Are "thanks" comments discouraged in this forum (like on SO)?
