FET frequency MPPT 75/15

Manufacturer of electronic equipment requesting operation frequency of FET in MPPT 75/15 unit. I did find PWM mode switching at 160Hz in manual. Please advise FET speed in MPPT mode, as their equipment is sensitive to 140KHz. Cheers Rod

Additional question to the above: The exact freq is not important as to know the range. Also to request if the range would interfere with 134khz devices in close proximity... Cheers Rod

The range is far below 50kHz
