Can the input current be limited on a Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC charger?

I'd need to charge a 12vdc lithium battery from a 12vdc vehicle cigarette light port limited to 10amps. Can I limit the current draw of an Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC charge to do this?

No, that's why I wrote that the new Orion XS can do that.
