Low battery led lit, voltage 25.6 multiplus 3000 24

New install. Inverter , green led, does not illuminate when DC power applied.

When AC supplied , verified at 122VAC AT AC IN, not transfer occurs for pass through of AC

What battery do you have? did you precharge or use a precharge circuit?
