I just installed a new Victron Smart Shunt IP65 and it is giving me proper readings and graphing correctly until I close the screen. When I return to the graphing screen all data is graphed as negative. Any ideas?

Hi @Idahomojo
This is an error in VictronConnect when the SmartShunt is configured as source and will be fixed in a future version.
Kind regards,
Thiemo van Engelen
Since the Wind Turbine DELIVER the energy, you must reverse the SmartShunt, hence the side marked "Battery" must be the Windmill and the side marked "Load" must be the Battery.
Have a nice windy day
I went and reversed the wires to how you described, and now everything is reading negative. Except the historical data, that is reversed and now reading positive.
Strange, because if the energy elow is from LOAD to B-, then then it must be NEGATIVE (because you discharge the Battery) but if the energy flow is from B- to LOAD, then it is POSITIVE (because you charge the Battery).
Since the Windmill is the producer it showed you the opposite, hence if the Windmill is running, it was NEGATIVE. Hence it must be installed reverse for ANYTHING, which GENERATE energy.
Forget about the Historical data, I have also 5 Windmills and a 24V/5kW DC-GenSet and it works perfect this way. If my GenSet or the Windmills are idle, I see a NEGATIVE energy flow, because of the self consumption of the chargers and electronics.
Have you configured it as an energy meter for wind generator? You should not need to reverse the connections.
Additional resources still need to be added for this topic
