Multi Plus-II won't switch at loss of shore power

I have the CerboGX, multi plus-II with a lithium 300ah battery. Everything worked fine at first but then I did a firmware update on all the devices and it reset all of the settings back to default. I was able to get almost everything set back up by downloading the config and using VE Config and reuploading, but I can't figure out how to make it switch at loss of shore power. I have UPS enabled and I'm not sure if I need to be using a virtual switch or not. This is on an RV and when I lose shore power I don't get any DC or AC power. I am not sure if its a setting in the Cerbo GX or the multi plus-II. Any help is greatly appreciated.

@wjf

AC Input 1 - Shore Power

AC Input 2 - No selection

I do also have a generator as well. And the Battery Monitor setting just below those is set to Automatic.

@bkburns09 is the multi set to "charge only"? via switch, VRM or remote console?

I believe it is set to "on". Should it be set to "charge only"? I'm not sure what those settings imply.
