Hi,
Running Victron connect under Debian, the program crashes and vanishes from screen if you hit the orange reload button on the devices tab
It does work and show devices when you first start it up?
Does it crash every time when you press the orange button, also when you have not been connected to any device yet?
Kind regards,
Thiemo van Engelen
Yes it does work and show bluetooth devices. It does not appear to work with VE direct/ USB, but I do need to double check that.
It crashes if no devices are shown on first start. If you connect to a device first, then click it does not always crash.
If devices are shown, and you re-scan, it does not crash.
And anything in a system log file when it crashes? I have no idea what Debian logs by default.
Kind regards,
Thiemo van Engelen
Hello @Mike Dorsett and @Thiemo van Engelen (Victron Energy staff)
I do not know if Victron Connect crash, but I use Debian and Ubuntu and on both they do not even popup!
It does not more work since at least 2 month when I installed the new version.
I can not see anything in the logs what happen.
