Loose Transformer in New Phoenix 12/1200 Normal?

Just got a new Phoenix 12/1000 and as I pulled it out of the box I felt something moving inside. Popped the cover and it turned out to be the transformer. Is this normal? See below video

It is getting mounted inside of an overlanding vehicle, so I'm worried it might not hold up. It doesn't appear anything else is holding it in place aside from the resin in the middle, which at this point just prevents it from moving side to side.

Agree with Matthias. It's been transported in the wrong orientation and dropped thus the transformer as broken its holding straps.

Contact your supplier and advise the issue or he will advise
