Overcharging error when within limits

Hi

I have a 100/20 mppt and the PV input voltage is 85v trying to charge a 48v setup however the green and yellow led flash indicating that the PV voltage is too high. It isn't a Bluetooth mppt so I can diagnose any further. Is the mppt dead or something else wrong?

Cheers

@Iain Gwynn

You have two courses of action here.

Get a ve direct to bt dongle or a ve direct to usb dongle and connect to it.

Check it with a meter Or take it in for an RMA

Look at the OCV rating on your panels IF I Series then multiply this by the number of panels. If that is higher or close to the mppt units limit. Then that's your issue. This is diferant to the working pv voltage

This definitely VOC (no load) at cold temps is higher than other times. When the mppt tracks it unloads the solar panels, it could be overshooting.

Maybe open your PV breaker and measure it there
