My victron mppt create preset, greyed out, unuseable

Have Samsung with Victron connect. Cant create pre-sets as it's greyed out and won't open.

Tried an uninstall and reinstall, made no difference.

I last used it a few months ago, and it was working.

I am assuming that the VC version is updated, your phone is compatible and your device is up to date

Can you edit presets (not the built in stock standard ones) when you choose edit presets?

Or just pick a preset, edit it and save it from there?

I sometimes create a bunch in the demo library before i connect to the actual product.

I'm all up to date


It lets me edit and have only 3 of my own pre-sets.

Every time I try with a new name and pre-set in edit, it just overwrites
