I've had this unit for almost a year plug into the batteries (no solar) I just got the panels installed and plugged in verified the panels are out putting 130v and when I connected it to the mppt through it's connectors the system shows no voltage coming in
I have trying swapping the polarity and same thing. I've updated firmware just B4 first time plugging in to solar. Why won't the mppt recognize the input from the solar.
I have a new 100/50 charger that has a similar problem. My voltage meter reads 19.5v on the solar input cables and when I connect to the charger it reads 12.9 on the terminals. The chart shows no solar input. Charger is on and the bottom status shows off.
