The old CCGX doesn't have any I/O and die to the old hardware the CCGX doesn't support all newer features.

I want to plug in a Bluetooth device and connect to RuuviTag sensor for temp and water tank reading

The Bluetooth menu should appear as soon as you plug in a compatible Bluetooth dongle.
