I had an issue with the DCDC charger, so I filled out the online form on the Victron support page, and it located the retail company and its details. I contacted them, but they said I need to have the original receipt as proof of purchase. However, the device was given to me, and I have no idea where to find it, for some reason.
Is there any other way to obtain warranty service? Please let me know if anyone else in this forum has encountered this situation. Thanks in advance.
