MPPT Blue Solar not working with Global Link

Hello,

I already replied to a similar thread, just in case it doesn't show up to you, I create this new thread.

Yesterday I set the Global link and MPPT Blue Solar to work. I have everything else working, even the relay from VRM but now I dont see any information from MPPT. It only shows one device is connected to the input port where the MPPT is connected with VE Direct cable (10 meter long though).

I can connect to the MPPT and Global link via Bluetooth (to mppt with bluetooth dongle).

Any ideas? I would need an answer asap since I am leaving the setup for months.

Have you also tried with a shorter VE.Direct cable?

And what is the exact type of the Blue Solar charger (or perhaps serial number)?
