Victron smartsolar mppt 100/50 bulk no amps

Hi

I have a smart solar 100/50 that has been working great for just under 2 years.

Now it shows normal voltage on solar panel(48v) and on battery(13.3v), but no amps on a very sunny day. it will intermittently go up to 0.2a(12v) for a couple of seconds before going back to 0. I rewired to the batteries and solar panels to see if it was a cable issue. I also connected it to another battery but it reacted the same. It is acting like its going through a cycle trying to start charging but stops 2 seconds later. I also checked the temp shutoff option.

If there isn't a GX device controlling this, either the battery is preventing charge (doesn't look like it) or there's a fault in the MPPT.

Is there a fuse on the MPPT? Some have a replaceable fuse, which might be the problem.

Looks as if you need to contact your dealer for warranty service.

You might be right, today this error showed up.
